<description>Having worked in one or two of the restaurants reviewed herein and having dined in an equal amount as well, it's my feeling you've done a fairly remarkable job in capturing the essence of these restaurants in your blog. Your assessments offer a vernacular diner a reasonably informed benchmark against which one can make their own judgments about the food, service, ambience, etc. One wonders, in what capacity did you work in order to be able to afford all these meals at such a young age?
